PHASE 1:

The Consultation

Current rate $150.00 + Hst. At this time, ECD is only taking on clients that have a minimum project budget of $80,000.

PHASE 2:

Design, Research & Presentation 

ECD develops a design direction that includes architectural finishes and colour schemes for furniture, furnishings, millwork, etc.

PHASE 3: 

Project Implementation & Installation

There are a lot of moving parts in any renovation or decorating project. ECD manages all of them from start to finish.
